Investing in your health has a great return on investment!

Dr Robert A. Rakowski says that for every dollar spent on nutrients has a $17 return on your health. Taking nutrients is important as most people besides eating abundantly are malnourished. What do I mean? Well the soils where our food comes from have been depleted over the past 50 years because fertilisers contain the minimum requirement to enhance crop yeilds ie. Nitrogen, Phosphorous and Potassium. 17 elements are required for optimal plant health and only 3 are put in!
So what does this mean, the malnourished plant causes humans and animals to be malnourished.
